Fibre 1 are delighted to have been nominated as double finalists at the prestigious Comms National Awards 2024. They have been shortlisted for two significant categories: The Best Channel Portal and The Best SME UC Customer Solution. We are more than proud of the entire team.
Best Channel Portal
Fibre 1 have recently developed and launched a robust channel partner / reseller portal which allows partners and resellers to engage with the portal to access multiple products across a wide portfolio. This Includes Fibre, FTTP, VOIP, 4G/5G, and IOT services.
This allows users to receive seamless updates and track the entire process of the order which speeds up the customer service abilities for our partners.
Best SME UC Customer Solution
Recently, we provided a full audit for hosted and connectivity solutions and successfully created and executed a plan to improve their services for a large hotel chain in Edinburgh. This has been implemented in the hotel and proved to be a great success. Our connectivity services were all budget friendly for the hotel and completed with high standards. This has secured the next 4 hotels in the group.
